An experimental archive.
Above: Jasio Stefanski, True Colors (screenshots, 2013). Jas is an MFA candidate at MCAD and we have been working together since he started in 2012. True Colors is an ongoing archive of experiments exploring a wide range of both formal and media based phenomena. This is part of a larger focus on issues of projected and reflected light.
Interestingly, much of the material is produced directly in CSS. The fluctuating grounds allow for an almost endless contemplation of color theory, as well as formal relationships. This archive is gathering momentum so check back often for new additions as well as new discoveries from pre-existing posts.
You can find more of Jas’s reflected light research on his Function/Firm site.
